Scissors. -- Folding pocket scissors are constructed of a pair of crossed blades A, B, with handles D jointed thereto which enclose the blades when not in use and are held together by a loop E. The root of one of the blades carries a spring B on the outer side which bears on the other blade just behind the pivot. The spring may be in one piece with the blade or be attached by a rivet. The backs of the blades may be roughened as nail files, and the handles may bear advertisements.Cataloged By
