Shears for cutting sheet metal. A curved jaw 2 is used in conjunction with a straight jaw 1, acting only as an abutment, or a curved jaw in conjunction with another curved jaw, and not only of the cutting-edges cross-cut each other, but the blades cross-cut each other bodily when closed, as shown by broken lines in the Figures.
