3263. Yanker, E. Feb. 16. Scissors. -- To cut paper, cloth, &c. with a regular pattern along the edge such as is required for frills or trimmings, the blades A, A1 of scissors are formed with serrated edges, the notches B1 on one corresponding to the projections B on the other. The ends a of the blades are blunted.
