Shears. -- The blades a, c are turned at right angles, or, as shown, have secured to them at right angles the two angular blades b, d, so that while the blades a, c are cutting one side of the right angle, the blades b, d are cutting the other side. The supplemental angular blade may be worked on a pivot of its own by the upper blade of the shears.
