Description

6211. Rees, L. V., and Levi, S. H. April 28. Scissors. -- Buttonhole and other scissors are provided with a gauge enabling cuts to be taken at regular distances without using a measure. It consists of a rod b carrying a pointer c, which either slides on the rod or is adjusted by screwing the rod. The rod is either attached to the scissors by a clip or is fitted into a pole in the pivot or in one of the blades.
