Scissors. -- Relates to improvements in the scissors for cutting scalloped or fancy edges in paper or fabrics described in Specification No. 3263, A.D. 1905. The blades A are made wedge-shaped, as shown in Fig. 3, the cutting-edge being formed on the thicker end. Notches, which may be of any suitable shape, are cut in the adjacent faces of the blades at the cutting-edges and form teeth B, the teeth on one blade extending into notches in the other blade.Cataloged By
