Addy & Co were fine scissor makers listed at 60 Spring Street in Robinson's 1797 Directory of Sheffield. In 1811 they are listed at Silver Street in Holden's directory of Sheffield. The mark, registered with the Cutlers' Company, Sheffield is a crown above the words VIVE ROI.
