Description

A small pair of buttonhole scissors marked "SKELTON WARRINGTON" and with pairing marks on the unders. Tup shanks and a screw pivot. There is no shoulder transition, and cross section is cs9 with leaf point. Stylistically dated to the second half of the 19th century.
