A pair of buttonhole scissors made by George Butler & Co, Sheffield. Marked "-ART-" and "G. BUTLER & Co" on the pivot area. Possible pairing markings on the unders too. Shank is thread neck bat, pivot is a fancy/decorated screw; shoulder transition is st1, and cross section is cs4.
