A pair of buttonhole scissors marked "J. RODGERS & SONS" with the star and Maltese cross. Nickel plated shanks and finger bows (possibly originally silver plated). Shank is thread-neck bat, pivot is a screw; shoulder is st3 and cross section is cs4. Pairing marks on the unders.
