A small pair of manicure scissors marked "J. RODGERS & SONS" with the star and maltese cross design. Possible pairing marks on unders. Tup shanks with a screw pivot. Shoulder is st1, blade is cs4 with a leaf point. The outer edges of both blades form nail files. Dated c. 1850.Category
