Description

A chunky pair of steel manicure scissors marked "WORMULL" and stylistically dated to the second half of the 19th century, England. (Getty Images has a picture of a cutlers in London called Wormull, which fits the time and location - additional research needed). Shank is tup, shoulder is st3. Cross section is cs6 with leaf point, and the edges of both blades have been made into nail files.
