1404. Watts, R. J., and Memmott, J. April 8. Scissors, punching from sheet metal. Consists in punching out scissor blanks from sheet metal of suitable section. The Figs. show a strip so formed that two rows of blanks can be cut therefrom. The blanks are cut in such a way that the shoulder will be of the required angle.
