Scissors, punching from sheet metal. Consists in punching out scissor blanks from sheet metal of suitable section. The Figs. show a strip so formed that two rows of blanks can be cut therefrom. The blanks are cut in such a way that the shoulder will be of the required angle. A blank with a solid bow is first produced and the bow is afterwards punched out. The hole for the screw is punched out or drilled.
