Scissors. -- The invention relates to a pencil &c. holder to which a pair of scissors is attached. The scissors are mounted on a block in a tubular case A, and are projected as shown by means of the sliding ring d, which is connected to the block by a pin e; or by other suitable means. A spring h is arranged between the shanks g, g1 to hold them apart when projected, and to make them fit firmly in the case when closed. A nail file i may be formed on the handle g if desired. The lower end B of the scissors case A may form a pencil or penholder, or a nail-cleaner, or button-hook &c. holder.
