Scissors. -- Scissors for gathering flowers and fruit are fitted with a holder c, which is attached by a spring a. The holder has two flanges. The blade f acts against the upper one, and the lower one rests against the flat surface of the blade e. A pin h in the blade f passes through a slot g in the holder. When the scissors are closed, the flower is first held between the holder c and the flat part of the blade e, and is then cut.Cataloged By
