Pocket-scissors. -- Each bow is made in two pieces, hinged together, and with one of the free ends hinged to the blade or blade stem. The other free end of the bow catches in a recess or groove in the blade when the scissors are open. To pocket the scissors each free end is released from its recess or groove and the bows are opened out and turned on their blade or stem hinges. The bows being suitably curved lock together immediately over the blade points.Cataloged By
