Shears. -- Relates to gardeners' clipping-shears, convertible into edging-shears. Two extra shanks spring at an angle from the shanks of ordinary gardeners' clipping-shears, and are parallel to each other when the blades are in contact. By changing the ordinary wooden handles to the extra shanks the shears are converted into edging-shears. The handles are screwed or otherwise secured to the shanks.Cataloged By
