3254. Badger, R. Dec. 16. Scissors and shears. -- The lower blade B rests on the table, being supported at the back end by a cross-piece carrying rollers M. The upper blade A is hinged to it at C and is operated by the lever E and link G. A spring raises the lever and blade after the cutting-movement.
