63. Duncan, G. A. P. H. Jan. 6. [Provisional protection only.] Wick-cutting scissors. -- Attached to one of the blades is an adjustable gauge, whereby the wick-tube is held in such a position that, on closing the blades, the wick is cut parallel to the end of the tube and at the required distance. The application for trimming railway-carriage lamps is specially referred to. Abridged also in Class Lamps &c.
