7552. Klever, F. W. April 12. Scissors and shears. -- The blades are hollowed out to form receptacles b, d for pins, needles, and cotton. The receptacles are provided with spring covers e, f, and the receptacle b for the cotton is slotted at c to allow the cotton to be drawn out.
