A folding pruning shear and knife combination tool. Made in Solingen, Germany - marked 'D.R.G.M. No 210662' (DRGM stands for Deutsches Reichsgebrauchsmuster, and was a registration protection used for products manufactured between 1891 - 1952). The blades are carbon, the handle is mother of pearl.
