A pair of pruning/vine scissors with unequal bows, a bolt pivot, and asymmetrical point. Shoulder is st1, cross section is cs4. The scissors are marked "DEPEND" on the pivot area; this was a mark registered to Saynor & Co (later passed onto Needham, Veall & Tyzack) so it is likely that these were made by Saynor although there are no other identifying marks to confirm this. NB: The scissors are very similar in design to others, images of which are clearly marked "SAYNOR COOKE & RIDAL".Category
