Description

A sturdy pair of small industrial scissors with an inset blade, possibly electricians' snips - a very similar pair appear in a W.M. Whiteley catalogue from c. 1950. Marked "MADE IN SHEFFIELD ENGLAND" on one side above the pivot, and "HELLERMAN" or possibly "H ELLERMAN" on the other. Pivot is a screw, shoulder is st1 and cross section is cs4.
