Description

A small pair of plated scissors. Pivot is a screw, shoulder is st3 and cross section is cs4. Shank type is sarum with a thread neck. Marked PARAGON which was a mark registered to J & W Ragg of Sheffield, registered before 1851. The unders have pairing marks.
