Description

A pair of cockade Hairdressing Scissors with planished quaker shanks and a stopper between the bows. Shoulder transition is st1, and the point is fine. Marked "GBS" in a lozenge shape above the screwhead on the front of the scissors, and marked "GUARANTEE B.S. CO. NORFOLK. VA." on the reverse above the screwtail. Also marked "No. 28" just above the shoulder.
