A small pair of scissors with a thread-neck and sarum shank. The bows are finely bevelled. Shoulder transition is st1, cross section is cs10, and the point is bodkin. They are marked T. TURNER with the triple diamond and line design that was the trademark of Thomas Turner. The reverse of the pivot area looks like it has been marked twice, with SHEFFIELD. Pairing marks - dots - are visible on the unders.Category
