A small pair of scissors with planished shanks and bows. Marked with a maker's mark (possibly CHAMPION & CO SHEFFIELD and RD [?55793]. Pairing marks are visible on the unders. Tup shanks, shoulder transition is st3, cross section is cs4, and the point is bodkin.
