Description

The Red Legged Scissorman is a character introduced in 'Der Struwwelpeter', and 1845 German children's book by Heinrich Hoffmann. Featuring a number of stories about children who behave badly and are punished, the Scissorman is a tailor who cuts off the thumbs of a child who will not stop sucking them.
