Large bible presented by Matilda Gray Hewes to Franklina C. Gray on her wedding day. The bible is bound in leather with embossed gold lettering: "From Mother, March 21st, 1878, Franklina C Gray" with a quote from Proverbs 31.29- "Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all."
