Name/Title
Decoy, Bluebill, Ken WahlEntry/Object ID
4.44.11927Description
Only a hint of light blue paint remains on this decoy to indicate it is a Bluebill, or Scaup. There are both Greater and Lesser Scaup in the United States, but both are diving ducks, meaning they dive under the water to capture water invertebrates and plants. The decoy was carved by Ken Wahl and used in Sandusky Bay during the 1920s.Location
