Description

Oil cans can come in various shapes and sizes, and this example illustrates all the features they have in common. Essentially, an oil can is a container with a spout constructed to deliver lubricating oil to specific locations in a piece of machinery, sometimes one drop at a time. This oiler holds approximately 1/2 cup of oil. Oilers are used by hand-pumping the bottom of the can to drip oil onto tools and equipment.
