Description

This vegetable cutter also referred to as a chaff cutter or a hackselmaschine was used to cut vegetables into smaller chunks to make fodder for the farm animals. A cyclical blade is under the top panel. The vegetables are dropped into the chute on the back. The hand crank on the front is used to chop the vegetables into the fodder that will empty from the bottom into a waiting container. This vegetable cutter is in good shaped and appears to have been taken well care of.
