The knife cover, which is intact on two of the remaining knives, reads: "Case Ace razor knives are made of Chrome-Vanadium steel. The blade is ground concave, like a razor, by razor workmen and will hold a sharp and durable edge. Does not require regrinding after years of use. It is chromium plated to prevent rust or stain. Do not chop bone with this knife. It is not made for that purpose. Hold blade at an angle of 20 degrees on steel or oil stone to sharpen."Cataloged By
