Description

Hope Bromfield is stamped on the front of this silver christening bowl. The combination of the anchor, lion, and B marks on the bowl indicate that it is from 1926. The anchor mark on the back identifies the bowl as being assayed in Birmingham. Hope was born in France in 1927.
