Wagner Cast Iron Griddle Pan with Turning ForkDescription
Cast iron skillet, made by Wagner Manufacturing of Sidney, Ohio. Founded in 1891, Wagner went through many changes in corporate ownership in the latter half of the 20th century, and ultimately ceased production of housewares at their Sidney foundry in 1999. The Wagner brand was recently revived, and is currently headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. This skillet features a recessed ring for the accumulation of fat and liquids, and two pour spouts for the drainage of excess. The maker of the turning fork is unknown.
