This handmade wooden toy sail boat is likely from the mid 20th century. The mast appears to have been a roller of some sort in its past life. A pulley sits on the mast directly under the tack (the corner of the missing sail closest to the mast) with a tiny fishing reel attached to the pulley. The hook is connected to the reel by a piece of string.Location
