This painting is of the Filburn hotel and was painted by Lipschuts.
"The Filburn family began their business in 1913 when Daniel and Clara Filburn bought the landing. A bait shop and a restaurant/resort were added later. The Filburn's added a marina in 1961 and at one time managed a hotel. The hotel was phased out when cottages on the lake became popular (1988 Community Post)."Location
