Description
Lake Hope Dining Lodge Lounge photograph, black and white. This photograph shows a circular, wood-paneled room with leather upholstered furniture, ashtrays, floor lamp, cabinet radio. These furnishings typify mid-twentieth-century décor. People staying at the lodge would have gathered here for conversation and to listen to radio programs. It was socially acceptable to smoke indoors in communal spaces at the time. This lodge was destroyed during a fire in 2006.
