An Ohio Geological Survey fieldtrip to Owens Quarry a half mile west of Warrensburg in Scioto Township, Delaware County, Ohio. The trip was to examine the Columbus Limestone outcrop at the quarry. Bedrock is from the Devonian Geologic Period. Field trips are part of the activities of the Regional Geology Section of the Ohio Geological Survey. The image was taken by Michael C. Hansen in November 1991 during the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Administration Field Trip. Dennis N. Hull is in the yellow hardhat on the right side of the image.
