Solution marks of trees in the Columbus Limestone at the Owens Quarry in Delaware County, Ohio. Unit lithology in this area is limestone and dolomite. Bedrock is from the Devonian Geologic Period. The photograph was taken at Stop #3 of the Ohio Academy of Science field trip on April 26, 1969.
