REVIEW
The following information was provided by Robert Van Horn in an e-mail to Lisa F. Long on 12 August 2016: I think this picture was taken along the Huron River in Erie County. I believe the man in the photograph is a geologist from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. I am pretty sure that his last name is Lefever and his first name may have been Harold. We were examining geologic structures exposed in shale outcrops along the river. As I recall, we spent several days in the area so my memory may be in error as to the exact location. I will continue to think about this picture and will let you know if any more information comes to mind.
