The <5/8" pebble (washed) shaker equipment at the quarry owned by R. W. Sidley, Inc. R.W. Sidley quarried in the Pottsville Group-Sharon sandstone/conglomerate in Thompson Township, Geauga County, Ohio. The area of the quarry has shale, siltstone, sandstone and conglomerate lithologies. Bedrock is from the Pennsylvanian Geologic Period. The image shows David English and was made by Michael C. Hansen in 1977.
