An outcrop of the Pottsville Group-Sharon sandstone/conglomerate with quartz pebbles at the quarry owned by R. W. Sidley, Inc, Hambden Township, Geauga County, Ohio. The area of the quarry has shale, siltstone, sandstone and conglomerate lithologies. Bedrock is from the Pennsylvanian Geologic Period. The photograph was taken by Michael C. Hansen in 1977.
