Plum Run Stone quarry located two miles east of Peebles in Adams County, Ohio. The image shows the quarry wall surface of Peebles Dolomite in June 1963. Unit lithology in this area is dolomite, shale, limestone and sandstone. Bedrock is from the Silurian Geologic Period.
