Plum Run Stone quarry located two miles east of Peebles in Adams County, Ohio. The image shows the quarry wall surface looking upward with breccia in the fault plane, which is offset by 27 feet. This area is dolomite, shale, limestone and sandstone lithologies. Bedrock is from the Silurian Geologic Period. Michael C. Hansen took this photograph probably in the late 1970s.
