Dolomite with fretted surface on the northwest shore of Kelleys Island on Lake Erie. The Columbus Limestone in this area has a unit lithology of limestone and dolomite. Bedrock is from the Devonian Geologic Period. Photograph taken by Michael C. Hansen probably in 1980.
