Outcrop with Brassfield Limestone in Bratton Township, Adams County, Ohio, on State Route 73. Unit lithology in this area is limestone with interbedded shale and dolomite. Bedrock shows the contact between the Ordovician and Silurian Geologic Periods. Michael C. Hansen took this photograph in 1978.
