Outcrop of the Huron Shale Member of the Ohio Shale showing contact with the Bedford Shale. Outcrop is near the Lorain County and Erie County boundry line. Unit lithology in this area is shale, siltstone, and sandstone. Bedrock is from the Devonian Geologic Period.
