An outcrop of the Berea Sandstone at the Bedford Reservation near Bedford, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Unit lithology in this area is shale, siltstone, and sandstone. Bedrock is from the Devonian Geologic Period. This photograph was an entry in the 1986 Ohio Geology Slide Contest.
