A massive fractured sandstone outcrop of the Pottsville Group in the streambed of Little Beaver Creek, at Frederickstown, Columbiana County, Ohio. A man made stone wall appears along the bank in the backbround of the image. This area has shale, siltstone, sandstone, conglomerate, limestone, coal, clay and flint lithologies. Bedrock is from the Pennsylvanian Geologic Period. The photograph was taken in 1985.
